Warranty and Return Disclaimer – Kinetic Racquet Sports
At Kinetic Racquet Sports, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. We offer a
15-day return policy on opened merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase within this period, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We do not provide an independent warranty on paddles or equipment. Beyond our 15-
day return period, you are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty of your paddle or product. Each manufacturer sets their own terms and timelines for warranty coverage. If you believe your paddle has developed a defect during the manufacturer’s warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Kinetic Racquet Sports can provide proof of purchase upon request to support your claim.
Please note:

Paddles must have an actual defect to qualify for exchange or replacement.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or damage due to misuse, abuse, or
negligence are not covered. Examples include faded graphics, small dents or
scratches that do not affect play, ball marks/residue, or deterioration caused by
exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Modified or tampered paddles (e.g., re-glued surfaces, altered grips, permanent
markings/engraving) are generally not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Manufacturer warranty policies may change without notice; we recommend
checking directly with the manufacturer to confirm current coverage.
