Hi everyone! I'm Coach Patria Aziz, the assistant women's tennis coach at Pomona-Pitzer College. I'm a former 4-year student-athlete at Pomona-Pitzer and now coach at Pauley Tennis Complex in Claremont, where I offer private and group lessons in addition to working with the college team. I teach kids, juniors, and adults of all skill levels, ranging from beginners to advanced players, ages 5-18.
I'm excited to announce that I'll be hosting a summer tennis camp at Pauley Tennis Complex from June 17th to August 15th, and I'm looking for more players to join us! The camp will focus on drills, fitness, and match play for intermediate/advanced players. For beginners, we'll focus on understanding racquet orientation, mastering movement to the ball, improving hand-eye coordination, and basic fitness such as ladder and reaction drills, etc. For more information about the summer schedule and times, follow me on Instagram @patria_tennis.
